Watch this fascinating session from Amplify 2016. While Salesforce might be good at getting the buzz for their new AI “embed” Einstein, it is our opinion that IBM is here already. Watson is being used to augment the Silverpop email solution (which is what we use) in ways that can immediately impact your media mix. We will stick with Watson for now for awesome, killer, Albert beating segmentation.
